In desert and fjord, from garden to desk,
We know we will find the ideal and no less.
Indeed, What Possessed Us, that we forget
To remind Miss P we are in her debt
For where could you find such ornate paper-cuts,
such colorful portraits, such fuzzy duck butts?
So, if you will, take a moment or five
and tell our beloved you're glad she's alive.

Guys: What better way to welcome back What Possessed Me than with showers of love and affection? P gives us so much with every blog entry--so much of herself, so much we would not have seen otherwise, so many good things with which to procrastinate. Wouldn't it be great if she came home to a whole comment section full of love letters? Go to! (I realize we may be a little late on this one, but late love is better than no love at all, right?)
*I promise the rest of my poetry is better than this...I hope it is.
