Make-up is the answer.
Especially if you are feeling tired and drab and your hems are stapled and you haven't brushed your hair in a while.
Especially if it's shiny, sparkly red lip gloss that makes you look as if you just finished eating a cherry popcicle and anti-aging night cream made from natural oak extract (WTF?) and other things that you could probably eat if you wanted to.
I'm just so much happier now.
(And according to the packaging, I am growing younger and more dazzling by the minute.)
